February Half Term – During February Half Term Tornado Alley will be open to the General Public from 11:30am. All other rides and attractions are open from 10am. If you would like to use Tornado Alley between 10am-11:30am, please purchase a Tornado Alley VIP Priority Access Ticket, only available to purchase online. February Half Term dates are as follows: Friday 14th February 2020 – Monday 24th February 2020. Please note: VIP Tornado Alley ticket holders are not restricted to our 3 hour session control. They may enjoy our water park for the full day.
TORNADO ALLEY VIP TICKET:
Tornado Alley will be open during peak periods from 11:30am and the queue will close at 4pm. If you would like to use Tornado Alley before 11:30am please purchase a Tornado Alley VIP ticket online here. Limited Availability only. VIP Tornado Alley ticket holders are not restricted to our 3 hour session control. They may enjoy our water park for the full day.
Tornado Alley is open during off peak periods. Feature rotation between Tornado Alley and The Spacebowl & The Nucleus will be in operation.
Please note: Online Tickets include a £1 per person booking fee which has been automatically added to your online ticket price. Online bookings please head straight to our “Priority check in” till located at the front desk. There is no need to join the main queue.
Please note that during peak periods session control may be in operation. All guests will be entitled to a minimum 3 hour session which will commence upon entry at reception. After this period, your coloured session band will be asked to leave the pool areas only. All rides and features will be temporarily suspended for a few moments whilst each session is asked to leave the pool areas. You may still enjoy our restaurants, including our Watersedge Cafe after your session has been called out, but you will need to retain your session band whilst using the non pool facilities.
Any bathers within the pools without a session control band will be asked to leave our Aqua Park immediately.
We do not implement session control unless necessary.
VIP Tornado Alley ticket holders are not restricted to our 3 hour session control. They may enjoy our water park for the full day.

Alternatively, you may show us your e voucher from your mobile phone however, for a faster entry time we recommend that you print off the voucher and hand it straight in at reception. You may also pay at reception on the day of your visit. Please note there is an administration charge when booking online. Please do not queue at the main till. You may use the Express check in queue with your online tickets.

OFF-PEAK periods are our quieter times during the year when we expect to be quiet.It may be worth noting that during off peak periods Waterworld is really quiet. You will be able to stay in the water park for the duration of the day with little queuing times and unlimited access to all features in operation. The off peak period is the perfect time to bring small children and to enjoy a leisurely swim in our wave pool and make use of our bubble pools. There is no need to book online during off peak periods. Our busiest times are during school holidays and other peak periods. Our quietest times are the winter months, after October half term but before February half term. If you would like to visit us during a more quieter period, please visit during off peak.
PEAK periods include school holidays, voting days, bank holidays,weekends and busier periods such as school group visits. These are times when we expect to experience a high footfall of guests.
OUTDOOR POOL: Our outdoor pool has seasonal opening times and is open weather dependent.
Rides will begin to close down 15 minutes before closing time.
Last admission to Tornado Alley is at 4pm during Peak Periods.

PARKING: Parking facilities available on site. The maximum you can stay is 8 hours & it’s one set price; you get the 1st hour free , then pay £3.50 for the remaining 7 hours. You must enter your vehicle registration number in full when making the payment as the system operates a Vehicle recognition system, not pay and display.
All rides are free subject to availability.
We recommend that you check that all rides are operational before you travel.
Bringing your own food and drink
As we have a number of catering facilities available, we do not allow guests to consume their own food and drink on our premises.
