Guests who do not pre book their visit with us and choose to pay on the day are required to fill out our Track and Trace form. There are posters on the entrance for you to scan from your mobile phone. If you can not scan the QR code please click here to fill in our Track and Trace Form.

Locker bands can be purchased from reception upon arrival. You will fit 2/3 peoples clothes in one locker. Locker bands cost £5 per band but are fully refundable upon exit when you hand your locker band back to reception.
- Our Assault course has now been replaced with a Family Lily Pad Area.
- During Off Peak, Tornado Alley will not be in operation.
Our Prices are inclusive of all rides/attractions.
The below prices are our gate prices when you pay on the day and do not pre-book online. There is an admin fee added on to online tickets. You may now pay on the day from 10 am on-wards. All prices are for a 3 hour session however during quieter times we will not call out sessions. Your session time begins once you enter the changing rooms.
* Babies in arms are free of charge. Please note that babies in arms are pre walkers who can not yet walk. Management reserves the right to refuse admission.
All opening times and prices are subject to change without notice depending on how the business dictates. To avoid disappointment, it is recommended that you check the website frequently, or call our information hotline on 01782 205747 on the day of your expected visit.
Please note that during peak periods session control may be in operation. All guests will be entitled to a minimum 3 hour session which will commence upon entry at reception. After this period, your coloured session band will be asked to leave the pool areas only. All rides and features will be temporarily suspended for a few moments whilst each session is asked to leave the pool areas. You may still enjoy our restaurants, including our Watersedge Cafe after your session has been called out, but you will need to retain your session band whilst using the non pool facilities.
Any bathers within the pools without a session control band will be asked to leave our Aqua Park immediately.
We do not implement session control unless necessary.

Alternatively, you may show us your e voucher from your mobile phone however, for a faster entry time we recommend that you print off the voucher and hand it straight in at reception. You may also pay at reception on the day of your visit. Please note there is an administration charge when booking online.

OFF-PEAK periods are our quieter times during the year when we expect to be quiet.It may be worth noting that during off peak periods Waterworld is really quiet. You will be able to stay in the water park for the duration of the day with little queuing times and unlimited access to all features in operation. The off peak period is the perfect time to bring small children and to enjoy a leisurely swim in our wave pool and make use of our bubble pools. There is no need to book online during off peak periods. Our busiest times are during school holidays and other peak periods. Our quietest times are the winter months, after October half term but before February half term. If you would like to visit us during a more quieter period, please visit during off peak.
PEAK periods include school holidays, voting days, bank holidays,weekends and busier periods such as school group visits. These are times when we expect to experience a high footfall of guests.
OUTDOOR POOL: Our outdoor pool will now be closed during our Off Peak Period.
Rides will begin to close down 15 minutes before closing time.

PARKING: Parking facilities available on site. The maximum you can stay is 8 hours & it’s one set price; you get the 1st hour free , then pay £3.50 for the remaining 7 hours. You must enter your vehicle registration number in full when making the payment as the system operates a Vehicle recognition system, not pay and display. There is only 1 card payment machine. To avoid queues we advise that you bring along cash if possible for the car park meter.
All rides are free subject to availability.
We recommend that you check that all rides are operational before you travel.
Bringing your own food and drink
As we have a number of catering facilities available, we do not allow guests to consume their own food and drink on our premises.
