Filtration & Disinfection

Our pools use a dual-stage treatment process, combining ultraviolet (UV) disinfection with controlled chlorination. Water continuously passes through the UV system to neutralise microorganisms, while chlorine provides ongoing disinfection within the pool.

Circulation & Filtration Efficiency

Water is circulated using our high-capacity circulation pumps, allowing for rapid turnover and effective filtration with our 7 huge pool filters. The number of pumps in operation is adjusted based on bather load, ensuring consistent water quality during both busy and quieter periods.

Maintenance & Water Renewal

Filters are cleaned weekly to maintain performance, and fresh water is added daily to support water hygiene, clarity and help manage chemical balance.

Monitoring & Testing

An automated control system continuously monitors and adjusts chemical levels, including disinfectant dosing and pH correction.

In addition, trained staff carry out manual pool water testing every two hours in each area of the Aqua Park to verify readings and ensure systems are operating correctly.

Independent Testing

To further support water quality assurance:

• Monthly Microbiological testing is conducted by an independent laboratory
• Quarterly Legionella testing is completed in line with current guidance
